Join Senior Solutions as a Community Relations Supervisor and help us expand access to compassionate non-medical in-home care to seniors in the Knox County community and surrounding areas.
About Us:
At Senior Solutions , we believe everyone deserves to age with dignity, independence, and compassion. We provide non-medical in-home care to seniors - helping them remain safe, supported, and comfortable in the homes they love. We're seeming a Community Relations Supervisor to champion our missing in the field - building referral network, driving private pay client growth, and being a familiar, trusted face in the community.
What You'll Do:
- Build and grow lasting relationships with referral sources (physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, etc)
- Attend community events and represent Senior Solutions with passion and professionalism
- Drive business development initiatives to grow private pay client base and care hours
- Conduct in-home assessments and facilitate caregiver introductions
- Visit clients onsite to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Track relationship-building efforts and results in our CRM system
- Collaborate closely with our care team to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience
- Assist with recruiting and caregiver support needs when necessary

- A natural networker who's comfortable walking into new spaces and connecting with people
- Experience in marketing, business development, or healthcare outreach (senior care experience is a big plus!)
- A deep empathy for seniors and passion for improving their quality of life

Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position that blends autonomy with collaboration. You'll spend your time between the field, client visits, community events, occasional in-office meetings, and working from home.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1 - 2 years of business or sales/marketing experience preferred
- Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Valid driver’s license and car insurance with the willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Proficiency with computer based software (such as email, CRM)
- Ability to maintain confidential information and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen per company standards
- Ability to be available on-call as needed outside of standard business hours
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions
- Passionate and eager about making a positive impact in the community
- Possession of a smartphone with an active service plan and the ability to download required apps required
Salary : $40,560
