Lead, Grow, and Own the Memphis Market
Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking a Branch Director to own and grow our Memphis region. This field-based leadership role is responsible for client census growth, caregiver performance, and operational excellence across the territory.
You will be the primary in-market leader—building referral relationships, supporting caregivers, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. This role is ideal for self-directed leaders who thrive on accountability, independent decision-making, and making a meaningful impact in the community.
Compensation: Base pay starts at $55k, with opportunity to earn up to $90k through branch performance incentives.
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, and community partners
- Drive client growth and service expansion within your territory
- Represent Senior Solutions in the community and strengthen our local presence
Client Experience & Quality Oversight
- Conduct client assessments, supervisory visits, and satisfaction follow-ups
- Ensure high-quality care delivery and promptly resolve client concerns
- Identify opportunities to expand services based on client needs
Caregiver Leadership & Accountability
- Supervise, coach, and support caregivers in the field
- Reinforce performance standards, professionalism, and compliance
- Take decisive action on performance issues in accordance with company policy
Operational Leadership
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for branch outcomes
- Track key metrics and implement operational improvements
- Handle urgent client or caregiver escalations, including after-hours as needed.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- 3 years of leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or community-based services
- Proven ability to own operational outcomes, supervise staff, and drive results
- Comfortable making independent decisions and solving problems in the field
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Home care or community-based services leadership experience
- Proven track record of growing client census or territory performance
- Field-based leadership experience with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Memphis healthcare and senior services community
Work Environment
- Majority of time spent in the field supporting clients, caregivers, and referral partners
- Independent work environment with strong leadership support
