Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance individual to be responsible for cleanliness, routine building maintenance and perform routine building and grounds maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Grounds and exterior maintenance, such as caring for parking lot, lawn care (mowing, trimming, week removal), cleaning gutters, and maintaining sidewalks and entrances.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards, uses proper cleaning methods and equipment.
- Responds to urgent maintenance needs, assists with room setups as needed and maintains a professional work environment.
Qualifications
- High school or GED
- Previous experience in similar role
- Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and small repairs
- Ability to perform lawn care
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
