What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver Program Coordinator position at Senior Resources Agency on Aging?
Coordinate respite care for individuals providing support to older relatives and/or grandparents raising grandchildren and their families throughout 56 towns of Eastern Connecticut. Candidate must be organized, fiscally responsible, patient and caring with attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of team. Use of specialized technology programs and home visits are part of the job. Social Services related degree and/or license preferred. Prior experience with older individuals required.
