Senior Resource Center Case Managers determine eligibility for programs that promote independence and quality of life. The ideal candidate must have a bachelors degree in the Social Service Field; Sociology, Psychology, Nursing or a Human Service Degree , and one year of human service experience. Attention to detail and effective communication skills are needed. Problem solving skills, strong organizational and time management skills are a must. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is looking for meaningful work. Mastery of Microsoft Office and remote use of computer equipment also needed. This is a full time position with a 35 hour work week.
