Construction Handyman - Part Time

About the Role - PART TIME

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman / Construction Technician with a strong focus on bathroom modifications and remodeling. This role is critical to delivering high-quality, safety-focused installations that directly impact our customers’ daily lives.

This is not basic handyman work , we are looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, understands construction standards, and can execute bathroom projects with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform bathroom modifications including:
• Grab bar installations
• Shower and tub conversions (including walk-in and accessibility upgrades)
• Toilet replacements and height adjustments
• Vanity and fixture installations
• Execute light remodeling work (tile, drywall, flooring, minor framing)
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality expectations
• Communicate clearly with customers on-site in a professional manner
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Document completed work and report any issues or change orders
• Collaborate with team members and project coordinators to stay on schedule

Qualifications

• 3 years of handyman or residential construction experience
• Strong experience with bathroom work required
• Ability to use power tools and perform basic carpentry, plumbing-related installs, and light tile work
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
