Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across residential apartments, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and general handyman tasks
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify issues and prioritize repairs or improvements
- Make repairs to apartments after a move out such as drywall, paint touch up, any other maintenance required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or handyman roles with a focus on mechanical, electrical, or plumbing repairs
- Experience in residential painting and general facilities upkeep preferred
- Flexible and able to work independently
Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
