We are a fast-growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with offices in several locations. Our firm provides comprehensive planning services that address the full spectrum of our client's wealth management needs including tax planning, estate planning, charitable planning and social security planning. Our strategic relationships with CPA’s and attorneys help us create this holistic plan that addresses all aspects of retirement needs.
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will be a dependable, self-motivated, and highly, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Previous experience working in an office environment is helpful and a successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and be comfortable using a variety of computer programs.
Location & Schedule:
- Office Location: Currently based in Novi, MI in February 2025.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Position Status: This is a non-exempt position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide front desk coverage, including managing a busy, multi-line phone system, greeting guests who enter the office, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment
- Organize, scan, and maintain all paper/electronic Client Files
- Input client data into CRM at various stages of onboarding
- Collaborate with team members to resolve client questions and requests accurately and in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.
- Assist in gathering client data if requested i.e. statements, personal information
- Cross reference/navigate business throughout numerus software platforms
- Manage workflows in CRM systems
- All work is tracking via our internal CRM
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Financial Industry experience (not a requirement but preferred)
- Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience with Sales Force is a plus
