The chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, planning and plating food for meals and special events, assisting with ordering, and accommodating residents' dietary needs as required.
Requirements
- Certification: Food Safety certification, preferred
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years as a cook in a fast-paced setting
- Physical requirements : Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture
- Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
- Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
