They are a vital resource of medical knowledge for our residents and staff for when necessary to handle or support responding to medical emergencies within our independent living setting. This position greets residents, employees and guests and strives to anticipate their needs and acts accordingly. They listen to medical concerns in an efficient manner. This person is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of emergency first aid and care rendered.
They are responsible for medication reminders and can assist in direct resident care as necessary. The Independent Living Concierge/Medical Assistant is an important component to our Hospitality Team striving to maintain the overall Wellness of our residents.

- Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Can work Per Diem hours, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
- C.N.A. or Certified Medication Aide, Medical Assistant, or EMT experience is strongly preferred for when responding to medical emergencies.
- At least six months medical and customer service experience. Geriatric and/or emergency involvement preferable.
