Human Resources Coordinator
Full Time Monday-Friday
We are a skilled nursing facility, is seeking a full-time Human Resources/Payroll coordinator. We provide a wide range of nursing care and rehabilitation services for both short-term and long-term care. We have a professional, knowledgeable and compassionate team that cares for our residents.
Responsibilities of Human Resources Coordinator:
Responsible for HR/ Payroll Functions
Recruiting C.N.A., L.P.N. and R.N.’s
Pre-screening of all staff
Developing relationships with internal staff
Requirements of Human Resources Coordinator:
Prior Long-Term Care HR/payroll experience preferred
Must be customer service oriented and demonstrate good communication/phone skills
HR/ Payroll/ Recruiting: 2 years preferred
