Wellmore of Daniel Island is now accepting applications for a HR Manager. This position provides support and oversight for Human Resources Department functions at the community and ensures all policies and procedures comply with company standards and federal, state & local laws and regulations. Responsibilities include but aren't limited to: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, on-boarding/training, payroll, reports and employee engagement/retention.
Prior healthcare or senior living experience preferred.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of previous experience in HR support required.
- Full cycle recruitment experience required.
- Healthcare or senior living experience preferred.
- SHRM certification a plus.
