PACE is a nationally recognized program that helps seniors live safely and independently in their homes and communities, while receiving comprehensive, coordinated care. Through an interdisciplinary team approach, PACE provides medical services, social support, therapy, home care, and more, all tailored to the unique needs of each participant.

- Executive Director (125,000 - 150,000)
- Registered Nurses (44.00 - 48.00/hour)
- Registered Dietician (70,000- 85,000)
- Occupational Therapists (85,000-95000)
- Physical Therapists (90,000-105,000)
- Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) / Social Workers (MSW, BSW) (70,000 - 80,000)
- Speech-Language Pathologists (90,000-100,000)
- Transportation Coordinator (50,000 - 65,000)
- Paratransit Drivers (20 - 24/hour)
- Home Care Coordinator (50,000-65,000)
- Personal Care Aides (18.00/hour - 25.00/hour)
- Activities Coordinator (45,000 - 55,000)
- Enrollment Coordinators (55,000 base bonus incentives)
