Position Overview
We are hiring a Remote Intake Specialist to help guide new clients through the enrollment process. This role is primarily focused on getting individuals signed up for our pharmacy services, ensuring their information is collected accurately, and making the onboarding experience smooth and easy.
This is not a sales role — no prior sales experience is required. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and comfortable talking with people.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist new clients with the sign-up and onboarding process
• Collect and verify basic personal, medical, and insurance information
• Communicate clearly with clients to answer questions and provide guidance
• Maintain accurate records in our system
• Work with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient intake process
