Role Description The Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Orange, CT. This position oversees daily office operations, including managing administrative workflows, coordinating schedules, maintaining client and caregiver records, and ensuring efficient use of office equipment and systems. The Office Manager serves as a primary point of contact for clients, caregivers, and visitors, providing professional customer service and clear communication. Responsibilities include supporting hiring and onboarding processes, assisting with billing and payroll documentation, maintaining compliance with company policies, and preparing routine reports for local leadership. The role contributes to a positive, organized work environment that supports high-quality in-home care services for seniors.
