Requirements:

Pass State/National Background Check

Personal vehicle, valid drivers license, clean driving record and auto

insurance

• 24/7 Caregiver Support
• Paid Orientation/Training
• Paid milage in between clients

• Light Housekeeping (vacuum, sweep/mop, dusting, washing dishes,
  
  

laundry, clean bathroom)

• Shower Aide (assist/standby)
• Transport (shopping, appointments, errands, etc)
• Medication Reminders
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing,
  
  

dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide medication reminders according to the client\'s care plan
  
  

and applicable regulations.

• Assist with safe transfers, walking, and use of mobility equipment.
• Monitor and report changes in the client\'s condition, behavior, or
  
  

needs.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Respect client privacy, personal preferences, cultural practices,
  
  

and confidentiality.

• Communicate effectively with family members, supervisors, and other
  
  

members of the care team.

• Follow the client\'s individualized care plan in WellSky and all
  
  

applicable safety procedures.
