What Does an Overnight Caregiver Do?
- Providing a helping hand—especially during the hours it’s needed most.
- Offer overnight supervision and support to ensure client safety
- Provide comfort, reassurance, and companionship during nighttime hours
- Assist with nighttime routines, mobility, and bathroom needs
- Help with morning routines before shift end (as needed)
- Prepare light meals or snacks if needed
- Keep accurate notes and report any changes in condition or behavior

- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Clean driving record and willingness to travel to client homes
- 1 year of experience (PCA or Home Health Aide preferred—but we will train the right candidate)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Current TB test and physical (hiring bonus helps cover costs)
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain—we can help!)
- 2 personal and 2 professional references
- Fluent in English (read/write/speak)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
