- Respond to all inbound calls, texts, and web leads immediately
- Conduct intake calls with prospective clients and families
- Build rapport, understand needs, and confidently present services
- Schedule qualified in-home assessments
- Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email until conversion
- Re-engage cold and past leads
- Maintain a structured follow-up system (no lead left behind)
- Track all lead activity in CRM
- Monitor missed calls and ensure rapid callbacks
- Improve lead-to-assessment conversion rates
- Execute follow-up campaigns (text, email, call sequences)
- Assist with outreach to referral sources (hospitals, rehab centers, senior communities)
- Support marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts
- Track lead sources and campaign performance
- Speed to lead response (goal: under 5 minutes)
- Number of assessments scheduled weekly
- Lead-to-assessment conversion rate
- Follow-up consistency and persistence
- Reactivation of past leads
- 2 years in sales, inside sales, or high-volume customer engagement
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Confident and persuasive communicator
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and goals
- Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services preferred
- Experience using CRM systems preferred
