About the Role: The Entry-Level Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting both our customer outreach and brand communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers while contributing to the creative side of marketing — especially across social media, website content, and digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound leads and assist with outbound outreach to qualify sales opportunities and set appointments
• Support sales representatives by preparing proposals, tracking leads, and maintaining accurate CRM records
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all communications
• Assist with managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and monitor engagement metrics
• Support with the marketing team to create engaging copy for social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates
• Coordinate updates to website content, ensuring consistent messaging and tone
• Provide administrative and creative support for seasonal promotions and events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or marketing preferred
• Familiarity with social media management on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms
• Strong written communication skills and basic copywriting or content creation experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design and CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)
• Detail-oriented with the ability to balance multiple priorities
• Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
