We're looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Entry Level Sales Manager to represent AT&T while learning every aspect of the business, from customer acquisition and sales to leadership, recruiting, and team management. This is more than a sales position. It's a management training opportunity designed for ambitious individuals who want to build a long-term career.
What You'll Do as an Entry Level Sales Manager:
- Represent AT&T products and services with professionalism
- Help lead and motivate a small sales team
- Learn recruiting, interviewing, and team development
- Train alongside experienced managers
- Develop skills in business operations, performance management, and leadership
- Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required)
- Great communication and people skills
- Leadership potential and a strong work ethic
- Customer service, hospitality, restaurant, retail, or sales experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
