Responsibilities:
- Assisting seniors with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
- Providing companionship and emotional support to seniors
- Administering medications as directed by the client's healthcare team
- Reporting changes in the client's condition to the supervisor
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided
- Following all safety protocols and infection control measures
- Communicating effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
- Upholding the company's mission and values in all interactions
- Must be 18 years or older
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA)
- Minimum of 6 months experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Reliable transportation to get to your shifts on time
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Willingness to attend training and further education as required
