This is your opportunity to get trained for FREE and step into a paid caregiving career with a respected local agency.

REACH Home Care is offering limited FREE seats in our Washington State–approved Home Care Aide (HCA) training program for motivated individuals with real-world caregiving experience.

What We’re Offering

✔ FREE 75-Hour State-Approved HCA Training
✔ Training dates: March 30th to April 9th 2026

✔ In-person, hands-on instruction
✔ Supportive transition from training to active caregiving shifts

Who We’re Looking For

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who:

• Have informal or on-the-job caregiving experience (family care, private care, facility support, companion care, etc.)
• Are not currently certified as an HCA or CNA
• Are motivated, dependable, and compassionate
• Want a long-term career in home care
• Can commit to completing the full training schedule

Training Includes

• Orientation & Safety Training
• Core Basic Training (CBT)
• Dementia Level One
• Mental Health Level One
• Hands-on skills training (in person)

All training is taught by state-approved instructors in compliance with Washington State requirements.
