Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs, health changes, and report any concerns to nursing staff.
- Support clients with medication reminders and adherence to prescribed care plans.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment to promote client health and safety.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers, family members, and team members.
- Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational credential.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
- Previous experience in senior care or a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and adhere to safety protocols.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $18.00, paid bi-weekly.
