Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs, report any changes in health to the nursing staff
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote a positive environment
- Help manage medication schedules as directed by healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members
- Valid CNA certification required
- Must have High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Be 18 years or older.
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience in a care-giving role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening
