**Responsibilities:**
* Provide compassionate care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Take vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and activities
* Assist with medication management and administration as needed
* Participate in interprofessional teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Promote a positive and respectful environment for our residents and colleagues
**Requirements:**
* Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to lift and move patients and equipment as needed
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
