Must live in the Coachella Valley/Palm Desert area or willing to travel.

Pay: Starting at $19.50 per hour and up BOE

Work Location: In person (clients’ homes)

Job Description:

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to provide personalized, in-home support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate is caring, dependable, and committed to improving the quality of life for others. Prior experience is helpful but not required — we will train the right caregiver.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with light housekeeping and light meal preparation
• Support client mobility, including lifting and transfers when necessary, to ensure safety and comfort
• Follow individualized care plans developed with healthcare providers and family members
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote emotional well-being and mental stimulation, including memory care support
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a clean, safe environment while adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
  
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care, long-term care, or nursing home settings is preferred but not required
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
• Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and lifting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine desire to help others
• Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends as needed
