What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care Aide / Caregiver - Rialto position at Affective Healthcare?
Affective Healthcare is currently looking for experienced, friendly, and reliable male and female Home Care Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA) and Caregivers who are interested in doing hourly in-home care.
We are currently hiring for positions in La Puente and neighboring areas: Rialto, Bloomington, San Bernardino.
Experience as a Home Care Aide, CNA, HHA and/or Caregiver
Driver's License or State ID and Social Security Card
Physical examination and TB test within the past 6 months
Professional references
Must be able to pass live scan fingerprinting/background check
Must be a registered home care aide or be willing to complete process
Dependable transportation
Bilingual a plus
Experience in transfer and lifting techniques
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living which may include: personal care, medication reminders, transfers, bed positioning, companionship, errands, meal preparation, light housekeeping
