Essential Functions
- Provide exceptional care in the client’s home in a safe, professional, and compassionate manner.
- Offer companionship, building genuine connections with clients and their families.
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Document completed tasks and promptly report any changes in condition, behavior, or needs.
