- Provide compassionate personal care assistance in the client’s home (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention support.
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs) and help maintain a safe home environment.
- Prepare light meals and assist with housekeeping or errands as needed.
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition or behavior.
- Build trusting, respectful relationships with clients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Valid CNA, HHA, or PCA certification (preferred but not required).
- At least two (2) years of experience in home care, long-term care, or working with seniors is required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- A heart for caregiving and making a positive impact.
Schedule & Availability:
- Full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts available
- Day, evening, and overnight shifts
