Caregivers Needed | Senior Helpers of Minneapolis-St. Paul
Senior Helpers is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, in-home care for seniors in our community. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships and helping others remain safe and independent at home, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care (grooming, dressing, toileting, bathing)
- Support mobility, transfers, and safety
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Offer specialized care including dementia, transitional, and respite care

Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience
- Basic technology skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle to commute to work and, if needed, transport clients to appointments or activities
- Ability to pass a background check
