What You’ll Do
Grow and Develop Our Caregiver Team
You’ll assist with caregiver on-boarding, teach handson skills, deliver specialized programs (Senior Gems, Parkinson’s Care), and coach caregivers as they grow. You’ll be the person who helps them feel prepared, capable, and valued.
Keep Our Care Team Running Smoothly
You’ll help match caregivers to clients, support schedule changes, assist with call outs – including filling in as caregiver when needed, and ensure time cards and schedules stay accurate. Your coordination helps clients receive consistent, highquality care.
Build a Positive, Supportive Caregiver Culture
You’ll be the goto resource caregivers trust. You’ll check in with them, celebrate their wins, support their challenges, and help create recognition programs and teambuilding activities that make caregivers feel appreciated.
Support Daily Office Operations
You’ll help keep our office organized and welcoming — answering calls, assisting walkins, maintaining caregiver files, and supporting care plan updates. You’ll also participate in our afterhours call rotation.
Strengthen Client & Care Team Communication
You’ll help introduce caregivers to clients, relay important observations to the office team, and maintain warm, professional communication with families.
Responsible for completing any additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of exceptional, handson senior homecare experience, including ADLs, safe transfers, mobility support, personal care tasks, and the ability to demonstrate and model bestpractice care-giving techniques.
- Experience in professional homecare caregiver training, including teaching ADLs, transfers, safety techniques, and bestpractice care standards.
- Experience in office administration, including filing, document organization, and scheduling support
- Reliable, detailoriented, and committed to maintaining compliance and accurate documentation
- Ability to coach, mentor, and support caregivers with professionalism and empathy
- Ability to design and incorporate fun, engaging activities into caregiver learning and training sessions to support skill development.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and general office systems
