Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and behavior
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Ensure a safe environment and promptly report any changes in client condition
- Support clients during overnight hours and respond to emergencies as necessary
Requirements
- Previous caregiving or related experience preferred
- Ability to work weekend and overnight shifts
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Willingness to undergo training and certification as required
