Reports To: Recruiting Manager
Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Responsible for completing screening calls for external staff members.
- Assist in the recruitment process, which includes but is not limited to:
- Completing interviews
- Reference checks
- Compliance follow-up
- Extending offers
- Completion of paperwork
- Maintenance of electronic tools for tracking
- Maintenance of the internal database
- Attendance at career fairs
- Responsible for quickly answering a high volume of calls.
- Responsible for maintaining and monitoring compliance.
- Responsible for daily documentation of all responsibilities.
- Responsible for submitting reports daily on activity.
- Responsible for following defined processes and understanding the company operations.
- Willing to travel to Havertown and Phoenixville.
- Demonstrates positive morale.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must have own transportation - travel is required.
Must have 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a high school diploma.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Must be organized and detail-oriented.
- Must be motivated.
- Must have experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Google Workspace.
Must have strong customer service experience.
