Job Title: Marketing ManagerPay: $75K-$90KJob Type: Full Time, Hybrid (Fully on-Site during training period) Overview:This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing and collaborates closely with the Marketing team, the Chief Marketing Officer, Operations, and the Leadership Team, while also supporting franchise owners. The Marketing Manager role is responsible for supporting brand growth and local marketing success for new franchise owners and across a franchise system. This role serves as a key liaison between the corporate marketing team and franchise owners, helping translate national marketing strategies into effective local execution. The ideal candidate understands the balance between brand consistency and local market needs and thrives in a multi-unit, relationship-driven environment. This position requires a highly organized, service-oriented marketer who excels in account management and project management, has working knowledge across all major areas of marketing, and can confidently manage multiple franchisees, timelines, and priorities. Key Responsibilities:   Marketing Onboarding for New LocationsOwn and manage the end-to-end marketing onboarding program for new franchiseesServe as the primary marketing point of contact for new owners during launch and early growthGuide franchisees through required marketing milestones, deliverables, and timelinesTrain and educate franchisees on available marketing tools, programs, and resources Project & Program ManagementManage multiple franchise locations opening marketing tasks simultaneously, each with unique timelines and market needsCoordinate internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure marketing deliverables are completed on timeTrack tasks, deadlines, and approvals to ensure smooth execution and accountabilityMaintain clear documentation, workflows, and onboarding materials Marketing Strategy & Execution SupportSupport franchisees across all major areas of marketing, including digital marketing, local SEO, paid media, social media, referral marketing, PR, and community outreachHelp franchisees understand and apply national marketing initiatives at the local levelEnsure marketing recommendations align with brand strategy and business objectives Brand ManagementEnsure franchise compliance with brand standards, messaging, and visual identityReview and approve local marketing materials as neededHelp franchisees understand how to customize marketing while maintaining brand integrity Reporting, Feedback & OptimizationMonitor program participation, progress, and early performance indicatorsGather franchisee feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experienceIdentify trends and opportunities to enhance processes, resources, and communications    Project & Program ManagementManage multiple franchise locations opening marketing tasks simultaneously, each with unique timelines and market needsCoordinate internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure marketing deliverables are completed on timeTrack tasks, deadlines, and approvals to ensure smooth execution and accountabilityMaintain clear documentation, workflows, and onboarding materials    Marketing Strategy & Execution SupportSupport franchisees across all major areas of marketing, including digital marketing, local SEO, paid media, social media, referral marketing, PR, and community outreachHelp franchisees understand and apply national marketing initiatives at the local levelEnsure marketing recommendations align with brand strategy and business objectives    Brand ManagementEnsure franchise compliance with brand standards, messaging, and visual identityReview and approve local marketing materials as neededHelp franchisees understand how to customize marketing while maintaining brand integrity    Reporting, Feedback & OrganizationMonitor program participation, progress, and early performance indicatorsGather franchisee feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experienceIdentify trends and opportunities to enhance processes, resources, and communications Qualifications:   Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in franchising, multi-location, or service-based businessesExtremely strong project or account management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with internal teams and franchise ownersComfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on executionProven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-service mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approachExperience supporting franchisees or multi-unit business is strongly preferredFamiliarity with both digital and conventional local marketing tactics (digital, social, referral, community-based marketing)Experience working with agencies and outside vendor partners     Skills & CompetenciesProject & Task Management: Monday.com or AsanaMarketing Automation & Email Platforms: HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, ConstantContactAnalytics & SEO: Google Analytics, SEMRushSocial Management: Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Soci, Meta Business SuiteCreative Tools: Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud  Excellent Total Compensation Package Consisting Of:Competitive pay (Base & Bonus)Medical, Dental, Vision insurance with a generous percentage paid by the companyCompany paid Life Insurance, AD&D, and Short-Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance PlanVoluntary long-term disability401k with excellent matchingPTO, Personal Days, Pd.
