Your Role as a Personal Care Aide
- As a valued member of our team, you will:
- Assist seniors with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with mobility and transfers for comfort and safety
- Provide companionship and social engagement
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Offer medication reminders and assistance (as permitted by state regulations)
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Senior Helpers team
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
What You Need to Apply
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in caregiving or healthcare is preferred but not required – we provide training!
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 lbs
