What You'll Do
As a Personal Care Aide, you'll provide compassionate, one-on-one care that helps clients maintain their independence by:
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Helping clients move safely around their homes
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Offering medication reminders as permitted by state regulations
- Communicating with families and the care team
- Documenting care through our easy-to-use electronic system
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required—we'll provide training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Ability to safely lift and assist up to 25 lbs.
