Report Writer

Senior Friendship Centers is seeking a detail-driven, analytical, and tech-savvy Report Writer to support a high-priority data integration project. This is a temporary, 5/6-month, position where you’ll transform complex data into clear, actionable reports that help drive better decision-making across our organization. This position will make an immediate impact through high-quality reporting, data analysis, and template development.

Your work will directly support a mission that improves lives across our region. This is a temporary position working 40-hours a week until project completion - about 5 to 6 months. This job can be done completely remote after orientation and initial training. This role is a perfect match for someone who isn't looking for something long-term and is organized, analytical, highly detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Essential Functions:
Operational
- Meets with the Application Administrator and Systems Engineer to understand the reporting needs.
- Collecting and interpreting complex data.
- Creating templates for future use.
- Presenting and explaining findings to the team.
- Ensuring reports are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintaining a record of original data and any changes made.
- Providing technical support to the team when necessary.
- Report any incident of abuse or neglect as mandated by state guidelines.
- Must comply with HIPAA regulations and OSHA laws and safety guidelines.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Education, Experience, Licenses, and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Report Writer, Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and databases, including SQL and Excel.
Additional eligibility requirements:
- Satisfactory clearance of a fingerprint-based, level II background screening and pre-employment substance abuse testing are required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
