Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Lead onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and compliant new hire experience
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Support HR compliance, policies, and procedures
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters
- Coordinate and assist with training and orientation sessions
- Travel to additional office locations as needed to support HR operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong background in recruiting and onboarding, preferably in private duty/home health
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Must be able to work on-site Monday through Friday
