$2,000 Sign-On Bonus: $250 paid after orientation, $250 added to your first paycheck, and $500 added to each of your next 3 paychecks.
Our floor operations focus on maintaining high clinical care standards and tracking resident recovery progress. You work directly with shift nurses to carry out personal care plans and document daily health changes.
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay Rate: Starting at $16/hr, depending on experience
- Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts (6AM-6PM or 6PM-6AM)

Responsibilities
- Provide personal hygiene assistance and mobility support during floor rounds
- Perform routine vital sign checks and record daily resident care logs
- Alert charge nurses immediately regarding physical condition changes
- Help set up dining areas and assist residents during meal times
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Texas CNA Certification
- Must pass a standard criminal background check
- Must pass a drug screening
- Reliable transportation for consistent attendance
