Key Responsibilities
- Grow membership, enhance retention, and deliver strong ROI for members.
- Develop sponsorships, grants, and partnerships to expand funding.
- Lead state and federal advocacy efforts, serving as a trusted voice for manufacturing.
- Guide members on emerging technologies, Industry 4.0, and workforce initiatives.
- Build strategic partnerships with government, academia, and community stakeholders.
- Oversee staff, budget, and operations with accountability and transparency.
- Represent RIMA in the media, at public forums, and through member communications.
- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in manufacturing or manufacturing operations.
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).
- 5 years of leadership experience in association management, nonprofit administration, government, or related fields.
- Proven success in membership growth, fundraising, and advocacy.
- Strong communication, financial management, and coalition-building skills.
