Top Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5 years of enterprise systems administration experience
- Extensive hands-on experience with Windows Server and Microsoft 365
- Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and identity/access management, including Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity environments
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and MECM/SCCM
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV
- Strong background in enterprise backup and recovery systems, including Druva or similar platforms
- Skilled in troubleshooting across operating systems, hardware, virtualization, storage, network, and SaaS/cloud services
- Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills
