Top Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2–4 years of experience in cloud systems, platform engineering, application support, DevOps, or SaaS administration
- 1 year of practical exposure to AI, Generative AI, or AI-enabled enterprise platforms
- Hands-on experience with at least one major AI ecosystem (OpenAI, Microsoft AI, Google AI) and ability to support multiple platforms
- Proficient with APIs, IAM, cloud/SaaS administration, troubleshooting, and technical documentation
- Ability to maintain security and governance standards while providing technical support
