- Strong IBM Netcool/Omnibus experience, including ObjectServer, probes, event correlation, and performance tuning
- Proficiency in integration and scripting (APIs, webhooks, ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Python, Bash)
- Solid Linux administration skills (RHEL), with troubleshooting capabilities in networking and end-to-end system debugging
