We're looking for a Senior Electrical Power Engineer with 8 years of experience in utility and power engineering to lead the design and delivery of complex energy infrastructure projects.

What You'll Do:

• Lead electrical engineering design for utility, power distribution, and renewable energy projects.
• Develop design calculations, construction drawings, and technical specifications.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support project pursuits, client engagement, and technical strategy.
• Deliver solutions across power generation, substations, microgrids, energy storage, and grid modernization.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 8 years of electrical engineering experience, primarily in utility/power projects.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain within 1 year).
• Experience with power distribution, substations (HV/MV), power generation, renewable energy, or energy storage.
• Hands-on experience with ETAP, SKM Power Tools, or similar power system modeling software.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar 3D design tools.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Protection & Control, SCADA, power automation.
• CHP/Cogeneration, thermal utility systems, campus utility master planning, or decarbonization projects.
