- IAT Level II Security Certification (choose one):
- Security CE
- GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
- Security Certified Network Professional (SCNP)
- System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
- One Linux/Systems Certification (choose one):
- Linux
- LPIC-2 Advanced Level Linux Professional
- LPIC-3 Senior Level Linux Professional
- RHCE – Red Hat Certified Engineer
- RHCSA – Red Hat Certified System Administrator
- RHCDS – Red Hat Certified Data Center Specialist
- One Cloud/Systems Certification (choose one):
- AWS Certified Developer – Associate
- Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert
- Configuring Windows 10 (70-697 or equivalent)
- 3 years AWS experience and 3 years Linux experience
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift
- Windows systems experience
- Familiarity with RMF and DISA STIGs, including ACAS and SCAP compliance tools
- Cloud security engineering experience supporting AWS deployments (secure-by-design)
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud automation
- Ability to present audit results and coordinate remediation status with stakeholders
