Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality visual assets aligned with brand standards
- Collaborate closely with the brand team to shape visual direction and creative concepts
- Design engaging campaign ads, marketing materials, and internal communications
- Present design ideas clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, delivering polished deliverables on time
- Maintain rigorous quality control to ensure error-free, professional outputs
- Keep abreast of current design trends and apply best practices for fresh, relevant solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- 2 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office suite
- Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Effective communicator capable of articulating design concepts and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Bonus: Motion graphic experience or Canva skills are a plus but not required
