You will be responsible for performing routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting on a variety of facility equipment. Key Responsibilities Include
- Performing preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment such as motors, pumps, electrical panels, and safety systems
- Conducting routine inspections to identify issues before they lead to downtime
- Maintaining accurate work orders, documentation, and safety compliance
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and adhering to all safety protocols, including OSHA standards
- Assisting with minor carpentry, painting, and leak repairs as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant trade or technical training preferred
- 4 years of experience in maintenance, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC repairs
- Valid driver’s license and any required certifications (forklift, JLG operator, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple trade disciplines
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic proficiency with work order systems, MS Word, email, and safety documentation.
