Top Requirements
- 2-year associate degree in a related field, Journeyman certification, or 4 years of equivalent work experience/training
- Experience in tool and die maintenance, troubleshooting, and die tooling repair
- Proficiency in operating machining and welding equipment, including milling machines, lathes, surface grinders, and cranes/hoists
- Strong blueprint reading skills and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to interpret specifications and measure die parts accurately
- Ability to lift up to 33 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate a manufacturing environment with high noise levels
