Seneca Resources is hiring a Costpoint Deployment SME to lead the hands-on configuration and deployment of Deltek Costpoint, integrating it with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) for contract, funding, and obligation tracking. You’ll partner with finance, contracts, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow between systems and compliance with accounting standards. This is a hybrid role based in McLean, VA, offering the opportunity to make a visible impact on a large-scale ERP modernization effort.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy Deltek Costpoint aligned with Icertis contract structures.
- Design and manage integrations for contract values, funding releases, and authorizations.
- Develop and test mapping and data transformation logic for accurate posting and revenue recognition.
- Support data migration, reconciliation, and UAT activities.
- Advise on Costpoint best practices and mentor project teams.
- 8 years of experience implementing Deltek Costpoint (GL and Project Cost Accounting).
- 3 years integrating Costpoint with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) or similar CLM tools.
- Strong understanding of project structures, CLINs, funding workflows, and Costpoint posting logic.
- Experience with middleware/integration platforms (MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps) and API-based integrations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across finance, contracts, and IT.
- Federal contracting or regulated industry experience.
- SQL or data mapping experience.
- CPA or PMP certification.
- Schedule: 9AM – 5PM EST
