Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization & Data Analysis: Evaluate current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and conduct root cause analysis to develop targeted improvements.
- Project Leadership: Plan, lead, and execute continuous improvement projects with measurable outcomes, ensuring timely completion.
- Methodology Application: Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 80/20 principles to enhance productivity, quality, and operational metrics.
- Collaboration & Training: Partner with teams and leadership to promote understanding and adoption of new processes through training and coaching.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs; report on progress, results, and ROI to senior leadership.
- Change Management: Drive successful change initiatives by influencing stakeholders, overcoming resistance, and cultivating a continuous improvement mindset across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or business management.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other CI methodologies.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience in performance measurement.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Industrial manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery.
- Standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Moderate to high physical activity depending on assigned tasks.
