Job Description
- Do you love transforming complex topics into learning people actually want to take? Do you get just as energized designing a crisp, compliant eLearning module as you do building a lively, facilitator-led workshop? If so, you may have just found your next favorite role.
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of compliance eLearnings and professional?skill programs, because you know great learning doesn’t happen by accident.
- Partner with business leaders to define performance needs and translate them into clear, measurable outcomes.
- Build multi-modal learning solutions including storyboards, workshops, activities, job aids, and digital assets that are practical, relevant, and digestible.
- Design and develop facilitator-led behavioral upskilling workshops that help learners practice new skills through interactive activities, realistic scenarios, and guided discussions, making behavioral change feel approachable and engaging.
- Transform required compliance content into clear, engaging, and thoughtfully structured eLearnings so learners can stay on track without feeling like they're just checking boxes.
- Develop Storyline-based e-Learnings, participant and facilitator materials, and other learning products that are clean, accessible, and designed for learner engagement.
- Work closely with facilitators to ensure learning experiences are delivered as designed and achieve intended outcomes.
- Map out learning journeys, content flow, and experience design that creatively engages learners.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure learning solutions stay aligned with business needs, guiding and influencing direction as needed to maintain scope and stay on track.
- Share best practices, mentor junior designers, and help raise the bar across the L&D team.
- Support measurement strategies to evaluate effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
- You apply expertise in ILT/VILT and eLearning to design and develop solutions that align intended outcomes to learning outcomes, audience needs, and business context.
- You’re curious, collaborative, and enjoy solving problems with SMEs in a fast-paced environment.
- You can juggle multiple priorities and adapt gracefully when those priorities shift.
- You actively seek and provide candid, constructive feedback to continuously improve the quality of learning solutions.
- You care deeply about quality, accessibility, and creating learning that helps people do their jobs with confidence.
- Education: High School diploma required with 14 years in corporate Instructional Design OR Bachelor's degree with 10 years in corporate Instructional Design/Development or related role.
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design or Instructional Design certificates a plus.
- Demonstrated design and development skills in professional or soft skills facilitator-led learning and compliance eLearning (samples/demo will be required).
- Demonstrated ability to write strong behavioral based performance outcomes, identify skills gaps to create learning objectives, and draft program evaluation plans.
- Experience with multi-component professional skill development and onboarding programs.
- Experienced user in Microsoft Office Products, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Creative Cloud apps.
- Track record for delivering measurable performance outcomes that enable skill development.
- Experience with facilitation of skill development workshops.
- Current experience interacting with senior leaders in a large, fast-paced, highly complex enterprise.
- Must be willing to deliver a 15–20-minute presentation to Sr. Leadership as part of the final interview process.
